Erika Donnellan is the Human Resources Director at West Pines Behavioral Hospital, where she oversees HR operations and supports the organization’s mission through thoughtful, people-focused leadership. She is dual-certified as a senior professional in Human Resources, holding both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. Erika holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University and began her career with a focus on organizational behavior management. Her interest in behavioral health led her to pursue 46 graduate-level credits in Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School, helping her better understand the clinical context in which she works. Her approach to human resources balances fairness, compassion, and efficiency, and she is committed to building a strong, supportive workplace where employees can thrive.
