Charlee Hopkins is a dedicated mental health nurse with over a decade of experience in delivering
compassionate care and effectively managing complex health conditions. Currently serving as the
Director of Risk Management at Acadia Healthcare’s West Pines Behavioral Hospital, Charlee leads
initiatives to enhance patient safety and optimize healthcare outcomes.
Her expertise extends to training and mentoring nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in
psychiatric care. Charlee has a strong foundation in clinical operations and is known for her
collaborative approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences.
A graduate of the University of Colorado College of Nursing, Charlee holds an active Registered Nursing
license and is Psychiatric Mental Health Board Certified. Her commitment to excellence has earned her
several accolades, including two Nightingale Award nominations, and Lutheran Hospital‘s Nurse of the
Year. Passionate about advancing mental health care, Charlee is a member of the American Psychiatric
Nurses Association, where she continues to contribute to the field.
